Team USA gets a pep talk from Team Leader Ron Kontura at the 2005 Junior Pan Am Diving Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pep talk must have worked as Team USA took the first place trophy over Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Brazil and Ecuador.
