Michael is the son of Dr. Ralph Mosca and Dr. Lori Mosca and has one bother, Matthew, who was a bronze medalist at the Aquathlon World Championships. Michael began diving at age eight and claims the sport has played an important role in helping him overcome struggles with dyslexia, ADHD and an expressive language disorder. Michael’s favorite dive is a 107B and he enjoys listening to music as well as talking to his coach during meets. Some of Michael’s outside activities include playing the clarinet and serving as a mentor to physically challenged youth as part of the Georgetown Preparatory School Challenger Sports program. Michael aspires to be an Olympic Team physician/surgeon.
