Dear Potential Event Bidder,
USA Diving invites your organization to consider hosting a USA Diving championship event in 2014. We have various hosting opportunities available, ranging from junior competitions to senior national championships that feature Olympians.
Please see the event bid summary below, which highlights the events open for bid and lists more details on the time frame, facility requirements (please note facility requirements vary from event to event), number of divers & coaches, estimated attendance, and hotel room nights.
Hosting a USA Diving championship has numerous benefits, which include:
- The nation’s top divers (including Olympians for senior national championships) competing for national titles in your city
- Broadcast opportunities & national media exposure for promotion of your city
- Economic impact, as families will travel from all areas of the country to your city, utilizing local hotels, restaurants, etc.
- Encouraging youth sport in your community and growth for your local diving club program
- Hosting the 3rd most popular summer Olympic sport in your town

In addition, USA Diving will have one international events up for bid in 2014, the 2014-2015 FINA USA Diving Grand Prix. The 2013 Junior Pan American Games will be up for bid as well. For these two international events please see the bid information below.
