The Junior Elite Performance Squad (JEPS) is designed for talented junior divers who aspire to become members of the Olympic Performance Squad with the goal of competing in the 2016 and 2020 Olympics. JEPS coaches and staff help each squad member to discover his or her full potential, and develop the skills necessary to compete in upcoming international and Olympic events. The squad’s expectations are high, and the selection criteria is challenging. But with hard work and commitment, JEPS divers can achieve success at the highest level.
