David is the son of Allan (a project manager in construction) and Stephanie (a teacher) Dinsmore and has a younger brother, Matthew...He has been diving since age nine and his favorite dive in 5255B ...He trains five hours a day, five days a week...He had wrist surgery in August, 2014 and wasn't able to get back on 10-meter until February, 2015...His favorite diver is Dmitri Sautin...He likes to listen to electronic dance music in between dives during competition...His favorite food is Skyline Chili. David's favorite movies anything featuring Will Farrell...When he is not diving, David enjoys fishing and is an avid car enthusiast...Majoring in sports administration at the University of Miami
