Arrow Dive Club is seeking a motivated Assistant Coach to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Deliang Li and gain exposure to Chinese diving techniques, dryland spotting and athlete development.

The Assistant Coach will primarily work with Junior Olympic (JO) and Novice-level divers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of competitive diving experience
• Prior coaching experience is not required

Schedule:

• Part-time position
• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation:

• Pay rate is dependent on experience
