Daughter of Nathan and Debbie...She has four siblings...Her mother, Debbie, dove for The Ohio State University, and was a senior national champion on platform in 1984...Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing anything outdoors, reading good books, water skiing and anything on the lake...She began diving at eight years old and quit before starting back up at age 14...Her first junior nationals was in 2013 and her first senior nationals was in 2015...Between dives, Emily likes to listen to music, read, play Wordscapes, think about diving cues and pray...Her favorite dive is 405B on 3-meter...Her favorite pre-competition meal is a bagel with peanut butter and bananas...Her favorite meal outside of competition is a Chicken Fajita...Emily wants to work in a profession where she can help others...Her teammates at Purdue are her favorite divers...She would describe herself as joyful, compassionate and driven...Her favorite book is The Gospel Comes With a House Key and her favorite movie is Remember the Titans
