Greg is the son of Kari (a biologist) and Paul (a consultant) Duncan...He has one younger brother, Sam, who is also a diver...When Greg started diving at age 12, he took up the sport just for fun...He watched the Olympics in awe and never imagined he would seriously be training to get there himself one day, but says hard work, enjoying the sport and a little bit of luck have helped get him where he is today... His favorite dive is 5337D on 3-meter...During competition, he likes to sit away from everyone, listen to music (usually electronic or rap) and write in his notes... his favorite divers are Jack Laugher of Great Britain and Cao Yuan of China...Greg has coached summer league diving, and he is a member of the Spanish Honor Society (he hopes to one day be fluent in the language.)...When he’s not diving, Greg enjoys stocks. investing and playing and watching other sports...Greg graduated from Purdue with a degree in general management in 2022
