Son of Michael and Carol Brisson...Has an older sister, Katie Rose...His aunt Therese Brisson won Olympic gold (2002) and silver (1998) as a member of Canada's women's hockey team ...Started diving at age 8...Favorite dive is 105B on 7-meter and has started doing dives on 10-meter in preparation for the 2022 season...Qualified for his first junior nationals in 2018 but suffered a serious arm injury in a non-diving accident the night before he was supposed to leave for nationals...Had to have surgery and was in a cast for eight weeks; he refers to the prominent semi-circular scar as his 'shark bite scar'...Enjoys online computer gaming, reading, drawing...Would like to design and program computer games one day...Says he seems to perform better if he gets a haircut before a meet
