USA Diving 2020 Championship Events Postponed

Dear USA Diving Members,

As we monitor the changes of this global pandemic and assess the lifting of restrictions across the country, our main focus continues to be prioritizing the health and safety of our members. We are optimistically planning for our return to the pool and ultimately, competition.

Given the varying timeline possibilities for a return to training, we have made the decision to modify our upcoming events schedule. The currently scheduled Regional, Zone and National Championships will be postponed until a later date.

As of right now, we are working on an amended schedule for the remainder of 2020 that could span end of summer into fall; and we look forward to providing further details on those events as they become clear. In the coming days, we will be seeking input from our membership in our strategy of returning to the pool and competition via a survey, so when the time comes please help us by giving your thoughts.

While there are still many things to be worked out, we’d like to encourage you to remain positive. We are anticipating the day that we can be poolside with you again, but until then, we are continuing to monitor the situation.  Know that the safety of our members, their families and our community remains our first priority.
