Rzepka Wins 10-Meter, O'Meara Takes 1-Meter on Day Two of Winter Nationals
Men's 10-meter medalists: Gold, Jordan Rzepka; Silver, Drew Bennett; Bronze, Carson Tyler
Jordan Rzepka and Margo O’Meara won men’s 10-meter and women’s 1-meter titles Saturday at the USA Diving Winter National Championships in Midland, Texas.
Rzepka scored 866.45 points over two lists of 10-meter dives to win his second individual national title. He also won the 10-meter title at the 2022 winter nationals and was runner-up at last year’s meet. Rzepka’s 2025 title was highlighted by 95 points on a front 2 ½ with 3 twists, and he added 81.60 points on a reverse 3 ½ tuck.
Drew Bennett took silver with 780.40 points, and Carson Tyler scored 755.45 points for bronze.
O’Meara won her first senior national title after scoring 536.80 points over two lists to claim the gold medal. Avery Worobel scored 494.05 points for silver, and Emma Rhines finished third with 476.25 points.
O’Meara came through with a consistent performance in the final, scoring no lower than 53.75 points on any of her five dives. She scored 61.20 points on her reverse 1 ½ pike in round three.
The USA Diving Winter National Championships continue through Tuesday. Sunday’s competition features men’s 1-meter and women’s 3-meter individual events.
