Henninger/Ryan, Cranford/Roselli Win Synchro Gold At Winter Nationals
Men's 3-meter synchro medalists: Gold, Jack Ryan/Quinn Henninger; Silver, Luke Sitz/Josh Sollenberger; Bronze, Collier Dyer/Mas Flory
Synchronized competition kicked off Monday at the USA Diving Winter National Championships, with Quinn Henninger and Jack Ryan winning men’s 3-meter synchro and Bayleigh Cranford and Ella Roselli winning women’s 10-meter synchro.
Henninger and Ryan won gold at the winter nationals for the second year in a row, this time with 802.98 points. Earlier in the week, Henninger won the individual 3-meter gold while Ryan took silver.
Luke Sitz and Joshua Sollenberger repeated as synchro silver medalists with 792.21 points, and Collier Dyer and Max Flory teamed up to score 727.71 points for bronze.
Cranford and Roselli paired up for the first time and scored 582.66 points for gold. In a close contest for silver, Katerina Hoffman and Bailee Sturgill scored 488.91 points to edge Sophie McAfee and Katrina Young by just .09 points. Young, a two-time Olympian, was competing for the first time since the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials.
The 2025 USA Diving Winter National Championships wrap up Tuesday with men’s synchronized 10-meter and women’s synchronized 3-meter competition.
