Dear USA Diving Family,

As we approach this Memorial Day weekend, we pause as a community to remember and honor the brave men and women of our armed forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, their selflessness, and their devotion to a cause greater than themselves remind us of the deeper values we hold—not just in sport, but in life. The freedoms we enjoy, including the ability to gather, compete, and represent our nation on the world stage, are made possible because of them.

As we spend this day with family and friends, or in quiet reflection, let us each take a moment to recognize the deep cost of freedom—and express our gratitude to those who gave everything to preserve it.

To those in our diving family who have served, or whose loved ones have worn the uniform: we thank you. Your sacrifice and service are seen, respected, and appreciated.
