2026 USA Diving Junior Circuit Dates and Locations

USA Diving is proud to announce the official schedule for the upcoming 2026 USA Diving Junior Circuit, providing young athletes across the country with opportunities to compete, develop and progress within the national pipeline.


The Junior Circuit will feature a series of competitions hosted nationwide, offering platforms for emerging divers to gain valuable competitive experience while showcasing their skills in front of coaches, judges and peers. Events will include springboard and platform competitions across multiple age groups. 


The 2026 Junior Regional Championships schedule will be as follows: 
  • Region 1: April 24-26, Greenwich, CT (Marlins Diving Club) 
  • Region 2: April 17-19, Lynchburg, VA (The Diving Academy) 
  • Region 3: April 24-26, Moultrie, GA (Moss Farms Diving) 
  • Region 4: April 17-19, Fayetteville, AR (Razorback Diving Club) 
  • Region 5: April 17-19. Ypsilanti, MI (Swoop Diving Club) 
  • Region 6: April 10-12, Knoxville, TN (Tennessee Aquatics Diving) 
  • Region 7: April 17-19, Evanston, IL (Evanston Diving Club) 
  • Region 8: April 24-26, Waukee, IA (Waukee Waves Diving) 
  • Region 9: April 24-26, Arvada, CO (Mile High Dive Club) 
  • Region 10: April 24-26, Novato, CA (Dive Lab) 
  • Region 11: April 24-26, Mesa, AZ (East Valley Dive Club) 
  • Region 12: April 17-19, Riverside, CA (Valley Dive Club) 


The 2026 Junior Zone Championships schedule will be as follows: 
  • Zone A: June 5-7, Huntersville, NC (Carolina Diving Academy) 
  • Zone B: May 29-31, Dallas, TX (Dallas Metroplex Diving) 
  • Zone C: June 5-7, Indianapolis, IN (Indiana International School of Diving) 
  • Zone D: June 5-7, Iowa City, IA (Wisconsin Dive Club) 
  • Zone E: May 29-31, Novato, CA (Dive Lab) 
  • Zone F: May 29-31, Flagstaff, AZ (Northern Arizona Divers) 
 

The 2026 East, West, and Central Championships schedule will be as follows:
  • East: June 25-28, Orlando, FL (Orlando Dive Academy) 
  • West: June 25-28, Midland, TX (City of Midland) 
  • Central: June 25-28, Morgantown, WV (Peak Health Aquatic Center at Mylan Park) 


The 2026 Junior Circuit will conclude with the Junior National Championships beginning July 28, with that date serving as the first official practice date, in Morgantown, WV. Additional information on competition days and format will be shared in the coming weeks.
